Last week, on November 23-25, 2022 Rosmould | Rosplast, represented by Show director Dmitry Shelamov and Account Manager Elena Ketova, visited the 31st International Exhibition for the Plastic Industry Plast Eurasia Istanbul 2022. The exhibition is held annually in November-December in Istanbul, at the TUYAP Convention and Exhibition Center and is considered one of the most significant business events of the plastics industry in Turkey and Eurasia. The general scale of the exhibition is as follows: in 2022, 1,094 exhibitors from 42 countries took part in Plast Eurasia Istanbul, and the organizers estimate the number of visitors at 65,000 specialists.


During the three days Rosmould | Rosplast team actively investigated the exposition, communicated with foreign participants and partners, maintaining existing business ties and establishing new contacts. Colleagues held meetings with the world's largest manufacturers and suppliers of equipment and materials for the plastics industry, as well as industry associations from Turkey, India, China, Taiwan, and Iran.


The active participation of Russian representatives of the industry in the exhibition was also noted. 13 Russian manufacturing companies participated in Plast Eurasia Istanbul 2022 with their stands, including such companies as Tathimplast, Polyplastic, Forplast, Polymer Company, Elastoplast, Petroleum-Trading and others. On the second day of the exhibition, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Union of Plastics Processors and Turkish Association of Plastics Processors (PAGEV) in a solemn ceremony. And, of course, among the visitors of the exhibition there was a large number of specialists from Russia.


Summing up the results of their trip to Plast Eurasia Istanbul 2022, Rosmould | Rosplast team can note the great interest among foreign exhibitors in the Russian plastics market. A number of large foreign manufacturers and suppliers of equipment and materials for the processing and production of plastic products have expressed their intention to take part in the upcoming Rosmould | Rosplast 2023 exhibition. And already in June, in addition to a diverse Russian exposition, we expect to see at Rosmould | Rosplast 2023 new leading industry players from Turkey, India, China, Taiwan, Iran and other countries.
