Rosmould | Rosplast | 3D-TECH 2026: record attendance; evolution from trade shows to a unified industrial ecosystem

From 16 to 19 June 2026, international exhibitions Rosmould | Rosplast | 3D-TECH 2026 took place at Crocus Expo IEC in Moscow. The events brought together professionals involved in tooling design, mould and die manufacturing, plastics processing machinery and materials, additive technologies and industrial 3D printing. For the first time, the exhibitions were held over four days and were expanded with Techtextile | Techcomposite exhibition, creating a comprehensive industrial cluster covering the entire manufacturing chain — from product design and material selection to a full-scale industrial production.

This year Rosmould | Rosplast | 3D-TECH welcomed 328 exhibiting companies from seven countries: Belarus, China, India, Iran, Russia, Taiwan and Türkiye. Additionally, 50 companies from four countries participated in Techtextile | Techcomposite Exhibition, bringing the total number of exhibitors across the industrial cluster to 378 companies.

Over four exhibition days, the events attracted 13,003 professional visitors, including company executives, manufacturing engineers, toolmakers, product designers, technologists, purchasing specialists and production development managers representing a wide range of industrial sectors. The comprehensive conference programme featured 32 business events across four conference venues, bringing together representatives of manufacturing companies, research institutions, industry associations and government authorities.

To provide visitors with a convenient and well-structured experience, the exhibitions were organised into dedicated thematic halls:

• Hall 1 — 3D-TECH: equipment and materials for additive manufacturing;
• Hall 3 — Rosmould: moulds & dies, tooling, components and manufacturing technologies;
• Hall 4 — Rosplast: plastics processing machinery, materials and production technologies, together with Techtextile | Techcomposite exhibition.

One of the major premieres of PlastForum — plastics and mould industry forum, the business programme jointly organised by Rosmould and Rosplast, was the new conference session Localization of automotive components: from critical challenges to successful practices. The discussion was moderated by Maxim Kadakov, Editor-in-Chief of Za Rulem magazine, and Anna Vilens, Editor-in-Chief of Plastics magazine.

Rosmould also introduced a brand-new practical educational project — Mould Makers School, a three-day programme dedicated to specialists working with moulds, dies and tooling.

At Rosplast 2026, CRONPLEX demonstrated its fully electric ZERES ZE 1500 V/430h injection moulding machine with an integrated hydraulic unit producing medical components live on the exhibition floor. The company also premiered Cronplex HS-5L extrusion blow moulding machine.

BORCHE Machinery showcased several all-electric injection moulding solutions, including an electric injection moulding machine equipped with In-Mould Labelling (IML) technology for high-precision packaging production, as well as a vertical injection moulding machine BORCHE with an electric injection unit, designed for manufacturing insert-moulded components.

For the first time, Formotronik presented its own in-house developed solution — a centralized material conveying system.

3D-TECH featured Russia's largest exhibition of industrial, professional and desktop additive manufacturing equipment and materials, demonstrating the rapidly expanding application of 3D printing technologies across modern manufacturing.

The Association for the Development of Additive Technologies (ARAT) and The ATLaS Consortium (Additive Technologies and Laser Systems) participated in 3D-TECH with collective stands showcasing Russian manufacturers of industrial metal 3D printers alongside finished metal components produced using additive manufacturing technologies. Both organisations also took an active role in Additive Technologies Forum.

As Russia's only specialized exhibition dedicated to tooling, mould and die manufacturing, Rosmould 2026 brought together the leading manufacturers of moulds, dies, tooling and standard components serving a wide range of industrial sectors. Among the exhibitors were Izh-Rest, Murom Instrument-Making Plant, Novatekh, Prof-NN, T-Mould, TechnoPlast Yug, UPRZ, IMID, FORSH, MGC Group, together with numerous international manufacturers presenting advanced tooling solutions for modern production.

Rosplast once again demonstrated one of the country's most comprehensive showcases of equipment and materials for plastics processing. Visitors explored the latest generation of injection moulding machines, extrusion lines, blow moulding equipment, auxiliary systems, factory automation solutions, polymer raw materials and additives. The exhibition featured industry leaders including BORCHE Machinery, CRONPLEX, YIZUMI, Cybertech, WALMO, Moretto, SHINI Russia, JWELL, YUDIX, Aleko, Balitekh, Formotronik, VL-Plast, Gamma-Plast, Everplast, Omega Plasto and many other well-known suppliers of the plastics processing industry.

3D-TECH once again confirmed its position as Russia's flagship exhibition dedicated to additive manufacturing technologies. The exhibition clearly demonstrated not only the rapid growth of the domestic additive manufacturing market, but also the increasing integration of industrial 3D printing into real manufacturing processes across multiple industries. The exhibition brought together manufacturers of industrial and professional 3D printing equipment, materials, software and engineering solutions, including 3D-LAM, AM-TECH, 3D-Vision, Creality, F2 Innovations, RangeVision, REC, Dipol, ONSINT, INFAB, IRZ-Test, Laser Systems, PK NIT, SYNCAM and many other companies representing the Russian additive manufacturing industry.

A major milestone in the development of the project was the integration of Techtextile | Techcomposite exhibition, significantly expanding the thematic scope of the event. The new exhibition featured manufacturers of technical textiles, high-performance fibres and composite materials, including Ruchayka, Khivolokno, Travers, Sporttex, Aramid, Uminex, Rökona and other leading companies.

A major highlight of Rosmould and Rosplast 2026 was once again PlastForum — the international forum dedicated to plastics processing and mould & die manufacturing. For the first time in the project's history, PlastForum was held over four full days:

• 16 June opened with the plenary session "Polymers 2026: Industry Status and Development Prospects," featuring representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Russian Chemists Union, the Russian Export Center, industry associations and leading manufacturing companies. The programme continued with a conference organized by the Association of Plastic Processors of Russia, addressing today's key challenges facing plastics manufacturers;
• 17 June featured the traditional business breakfast hosted by POLYPLASTIC and SIBUR, followed by the new conference session "Localization of Automotive Components: From Critical Challenges to Successful Practices," bringing together Russian automotive manufacturers, component suppliers and industry clusters. The day concluded with the panel discussion "Where is profit in the plastics industry?";
• 18 June focused on tooling technologies and production efficiency. The programme included the technical conference "Current issues in the design, engineering and maintenance of moulds and injection moulding technologies," organized together with the Professiya Educational Center, a conference by the Association of Toolmakers of Russia and a panel discussion on long-term business sustainability and manufacturing process management;
• 19 June concluded with a round-table discussion involving leading Russian technical universities, dedicated to the latest scientific and technological developments in tooling and manufacturing engineering. The event was organized in partnership with Bauman Moscow State Technical University.

One of the most successful new initiatives introduced this year was Mould Makers School — a practical educational programme created specifically for professionals working with moulds and tooling. The technical sponsor of the project was Sistema company. On the first day, specialists watched as professionals competed in polishing a mould surface. The winner was Alexander Kis’ from Form-Resource company, located in Dimitrovgrad. The program continued with workshops on mould repair and restoration, as well as an interactive test drive of modern tools and materials for visitors of the exhibition. The project attracted a significant interest from tooling manufacturers, service providers and production engineers, becoming one of the most important features of Rosmould 2026.

Additive Technologies Forum, held within 3D-TECH, once again became one of Russia's leading conference platforms dedicated to industrial additive manufacturing:

• 16 June — Mechanical Engineering & Machine Tool Industry Day: discussions focused on additive manufacturing in power engineering, additive technology development in aerospace applications and the growing role of Russian fibre laser technologies;
• 17 June — Government & Industry Cooperation Day: the programme included the joint session of ATLAS Consortium and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, together with Karfidov Lab conference on digital design transformation and next-generation product development;
• 18 June — Industrial Applications Day: visitors attended WAAM session on wire arc additive manufacturing, sessions organized by the Association for the Development of Additive Technologies (ARAT), as well as the traditional exhibitor presentations showcasing practical industrial applications of additive manufacturing;
• 19 June — Medical Applications Day: the Forum concluded with a series of presentations dedicated to patient-specific implants, reconstructive surgery and prosthetic solutions based on additive manufacturing technologies.

Rosmould + Rosplast + 3D-TECH + Techtextile | Techcomposite = a unified industrial ecosystem for solving manufacturing challenges “from idea to finished product.” Over the course of four days, industry professionals had the opportunity to connect with the key market players, select equipment and technologies, find new business partners, discuss promising projects and obtain up-to-date information on industrial development trends.
